All orders, regardless of how they are placed, submitted through the eecart website are specifically subject to all the terms and conditions contained herein. No change, alteration, deletion or modification of any of these terms and conditions is permitted. No person is authorized to accept, confirm or vary these terms and conditions including all representations and warranties unless they have been posted on this Website.

General Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability

Eecart MAKES NO WARRANTY, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED WITH RESPECT TO ANY PRODUCT, AND SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES FOR MERCHANTABILITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. EECART'S SOLE OBLIGATION AND LIABILITY FOR PRODUCT DEFECTS SHALL BE, AT EECART'S OPTION, TO REPLACE SUCH DEFECTIVE PRODUCT OR REFUND TO CUSTOMER THE AMOUNT PAID BY CUSTOMER THEREFORE. IN NO EVENT SHALL EECART'S LIABILITY EXCEED THE BUYER'S PURCHASE PRICE.

The foregoing remedy shall be subject to buyer's written notification of defect and return of the defective product within ninety (90) days of purchase. The foregoing remedy does not apply to products that have been subjected to misuse (including without limitation static discharge), neglect, accident or modification, or to products that have been soldered or altered during assembly, or are otherwise not capable of being tested.

IN NO EVENT SHALL EECART BE LIABLE TO THE BUYER OR TO ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOST PROFITS, LOST SAVINGS, OR LOSS OF BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY) ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO ANY PRODUCT OR SERVICE PROVIDED OR TO BE PROVIDED BY EECART, OR THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SAME, EVEN IF EECART HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Order by Email: sales@eecart.com. You could send order by email, or attach Purchase Order Form in email as order

Order by Fax: +86-571-87036705. If you send Purchase Order by fax, we still need the PCB file by email.

☆ Quotes/Prices

All quotes online or by email or fax are valid for 30 days.

For online auto-quote pricing, we make all efforts to offer accurate but reserve the right to change the prices without notice. Online auto-quote prices may be offered in different currency with a fixed exchange rate in a period. We reserve the right to change the exchange rate without notice

Eecart has the right to refuse any orders with incorrect prices. Eecart will inform you when refusing the orders with error prices.

To apply for open account, please contact our sales for credit application. To avoid the delay you may choose other payment methods for initial order. 

For credit card we accept online credit card only and you do not need to send us your card information. We do not know or store any credit card information.

☆ Delivery

Order is not confirmed until our engineer reviews your PCB or Assembly file and payment confirmed, so delivery time may be affected by your file correction and payment. PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK YOUR PRODUCTION FILES BEFORE SENDING.

Unless otherwise notified, all orders are subject to maximum of 5% overage in shipping quantity and invoicing. 

We do not store, keep any inventory boards, except ordered with specific delivery time.

☆ Order Cancellation

Contact us by email or phone immediately if you need to cancel the order. Cancellation fee may be up to 100% order amount depending on manufacturing status at the time of cancellation.

☆ Freight Damage

If you receive the boards that have been damaged in transit, it is important to keep the shipping cartons and products and contact your local shipping agent as you received them, and better with the delivery person. Also contact us immediately.

☆ Other Disclaimers

Eecart will not be responsible for any loss or delay if it results from labor dispute, earthquake, lack or failure of transportation facilities and/or services, lack or failure of telecom facilities and/or services, or any other reasons beyond the reasonable control of eecart.

Eecart reserves the right to upgrade or update the website without notice, including but not limited to: web design, programming, documents, and any terms and conditions. Your continued use of our website following any new change or terms means accepting the change.

You will be responsible for keeping confidential of your account information. We do not suggest your account with other users. You will be responsible for any loss because of not maintaining account information well.
