The BOM (Bill of Materials) needs to be complete and standardized, including original part numbers (specifications should be available for reference if needed) and coordinate files.
Gerber files need to be standardized.
PCB markings must be clear and unambiguous, with clear and distinct polarity indicators (to be reflected in the silkscreen layer of the PCB Gerber files).
