This PCB is a 4-layer stackup that implements electronics to do a full functional test of the Intelligrow v1.0B board.
The board connects to the PC via 3x USB connector and is ran by a LabVIEW application that automates the testing and controls the on-board electronics using USB/SPI-UART-I2C bridges.
These bridges drive an ADC, a DAC, an IO expander, a Load switch with diagnostic, a SPI TFT LCD and more.
The goal is to electronically validate the Intelligrow PCBs before mounting them to the indoor gardens mechanics and catch assembly / firmware bugs before the boards are long gone and in customers hands.

2 days after sending out the gerbers, the engineering team got back to me to check 2-3 DFM (Design for manufacturing) issues, like reducing pad sizes for my 0603 footprint, optimize stencil openings for solderpaste, etc.3 weeks later, I receive my assembled / Bare PCBs and man! That is what I call quality. The plating is nothing but perfection. The slot for the ZIF cable is clean and even, the soldermask (Matte black) is incredibly sharp, and the silkscreen is wonderful.What impresses me is the quality of the pogo pins soldering. They are straight! That's satisfying. The packing of the parcel even took them into account, and the PCB arrived with no pins bent at all. The quality of these PCBs is something I was not used to with Chinese manufacturers. I would highly recommend them to anyone.Always responsive and extremely professional customer service.
